COVID-19 : SANITARY MEASURES WE WILL APPLY TO ENSURE YOUR HEALTH AND SAVETY IN STORES

Each store will strictly respect a health and hygiene charter, according to the instructions imposed by the Ministry of Health:

- Each of the following will be sanitized before and after each client’s visit, with ECOCERT certified disinfecting agent:

• Door handles
• Fitting rooms
• Payment terminals
• Handrails
• The fitting rooms’ floor
• The fitting rooms’ seats
• Clothes hangers

- Each piece of clothing will be steamed before and after a client would like to try it on. Then, it will be quarantined for four hours before being placed back in the selling area.

- Before entering the store, each clients will have to wash their hands with the hydroalcoholic gel put at their disposal. This will be mandatory to be able to touch the clothes.

- We advise you to book your visit in store in order to enjoy a personal experience in total safety. To that aim, a platform will be at your disposal on our website starting from May 12th. You will also be able to call or send an e-mail to the store of your choice to proceed with your booking.

- May you prefer to stay home, shopping sessions through videocall or over the phone will be suggested to you, enabling free shipping in 24 hours.

- Appointments will be available from Monday to Saturday, from 11 am to 7 pm. Each session will last one hour and be available only for a limited number of clients. Meanwhile, the store will be closed.
 

- Each store will have the ability to welcome only a limited number of clients at a time, according to its space.

- Wearing masks will be mandatory for everyone – staff and clients. Complimentary masks will be offered to the persons who may not have one.

- Hydroalcoholic gel will ay your disposal. 100% natural and made in France.
